Once the form is ready, launch the AppSheet add-on

Make sure it’s already installed, if not, go to get add-ons

The AppSheet pane will load

Click on PREPARE

Once the Response Sheet is ready, click on LAUNCH

Your app is ready, now you can customize it

The Data tab will let you manage data access, limit the data to show in the app, and change the data source

The UX tab lets you add your own app icon, backgrounds, and launch image. It also lets you add views to the app

The Settings tab lets you manage user access control, app info, and security features

Once you are finished customizing the app, click on Share/Install

Use the App Install tool to send a link to the mobile app via email or run the app in your browser

Follow the instructions in your smartphone to install AppSheet and your app
