concerned about ourselves only, resulting in selfish outlook which in turn makes us feel stressed and in challenging times LONELY.

The objective of this movement is to eradicate Selfishness and Loneliness from people's life and make this world a better place to live in by contributing in each others life by creating Buddyandme structure.

• Let us pair with one individual Buddy (he / she) with whom we can share our feelings, discuss and get feedback.

• This would help us grow in each and every area of our life, as we require mirror for our makeup, the buddy becomes our mirror to help us recognize our blind spots/strengths.

• We will get a new perspective and will become a catalyst in each others growth

• The first step in this process is to choose a Buddy and share with Buddy as much as possible and be familiar with each other as it will breed camaraderie.

• The more transparent, open and contributing we are……. the better.

• We can have Buddy in each area of our life i.e Relationship, Career, Recreation, Learning and Spiritual.

• Once we are experienced and get the benefits of Buddy, we should promote Buddyandme 1+1=11

concept to the organisation/institute/people we know.
