Your budd-e’s online functionality is activated on reciept of your first monthly payment. Also included within your monthly payments are:
System updates New features and revised content Unlimited user emailing service Secure hosting System security The admin fee to update your club’s Interactive Profiles and Ads - (NB changes are incorporated on a monthly basis)

TO UPDATE YOUR PROFILES
Open your club’s “Trainer Profile” Microsoft Publisher doc. If you do not already have this, you can request one any time from: [email protected] NB. Do not resize you templates
Input the trainer’s information into the pre-set text & picture boxes NB. Do not reformat your templates
When completed, click & drag to select the whole page (including the background) & then save each Profile as a separate PNG file
The file name should be the full name of the trainer
Email the Profile & a separate photo of the trainer to [email protected]
The subject of each email should contain 1). Your club name 2). Location 3). The trainer’s name
The photo should also be saved as a PNG file, size: 280 x 360 (passport-sized)
To avoid email bounce-backs, please only attach 1 Profile & accompanying photo, per email
To remove profiles, simply send an email with 1). Your club name 2). Location 3). And the name of the Trainer whose Profile you wish to be delete to [email protected]
You can add up to 28 Trainer Profiles to your budd-e® system If you wish to add other types of profiles (consultants, physiotherapists, etc) please see our CUSTOM|WORKSHOP brochure Profiles are updated on a monthly basis.
MANAGING YOUR CLUB ’S INTERACTIVE PROFILES
TO UPDATE YOUR ADS
Each ad should be saved as a separate hi-res PNG file with the dimensions: 1920 x 1080
Each Ad should have an individual descriptive name
Ads should be emailed to [email protected]
The subject of each email should contain 1). Your club name 2). Location 3). The Ad name
To avoid email bounce-backs, please only attach 1 Ad, per email
To remove ads, simply send an email with 1). Your club name 2). Location 3). And the name of the Ad you wish to be delete to [email protected]
You can add up to 30 Ads to your budd-e® system and Ads are updated on a monthly basis. If you wish us to create ads for you, please see our CUSTOM|WORKSHOP brochure
