important'that'we'get'as'many'to'attend'the'Sunday'sessions'as'possible.'

some'of'the'matches'from'last'years'Under'9s'and'talking'to'their'coaches,'fitness'

(or'lack'of'it)'is'a'big'differentiator'in'the'last'5'or'so'minutes'of'each'half.''There'will'

be'a'fitness'theme'throughout'all'of'our'training'sessions.''I'am'hoping'to'continue'

the'relationship'that'we'developed'in'our'Summer'Academy'with'Marcus'Smith'from'

InnerFight.''Marcus'played'for'Dubai'Exiles'from'the'Age'of'5'years'old'right'through'

to'Senior'Rugby,'he'played'professionally'in'Australia'for'two'seasons'and'he'
