• The BTS Global Tournament is an interactive virtual learning experience designed for teams of 4 to 5
• Participants run a simulated company in direct competition from teams from other companies around the globe
• They run the simulation over a period of 4 fiscal years with each member of the team acting in a top-management role
• The experience effectively builds business and financial acumen which in turn leads to significantly improved decision making capabilities
• The tournament enables participants to plan around busy work schedules, and participate in state-of-the-art learning experience in a highly-cost effective manner

The BTS Global Tournament will:• Broaden management’s perspective by providing a
“helicopter view” of how different functions and lines of businesses within the company interact

TournamentIntroduction
Interactive online knowledge sessions build on the simulation experience. Typical Know-how topics include assessing financial performance and the drivers of value.
Participants in teams run a simulated corporation as its new executive team. The teams compete to execute strategy, drive KPIs and build value over several years.
Feedback Sessions on simulation decisions and results during which “real-life” practices and issues are surfaced and team discuss the implications in context of their company's real world issues. Different theme for each simulation year.

Participants are provided with a copy of the simulation case study as well as interactivee-learning on financial acumen
