What’s included with the Bslimmer Vibration Plate?

The Bslimmer vibration plate comes from Medicarn who have been

making high quality vibration plates since 2004. This machine is

that’s because it works well and is comfortable to use.

Unlike the previous model, this one comes with handlebars which

makes moving it around (if needed to) easier and it also has wheels

on the back support frame. Although not overly heavy (50 kg) , you

might not want to be moving it around the home too frequently so

I’d suggest un-packing it in the room you want to use it and assemble it there.

You don’t need any special tools for assembly as the tool needed is included, and it’s extremely

easy to assemble and should take only a few minutes.

As well as being handy for maneuverability the handlebars also offer more support, and helps to

give more flexibility with the exercises you perform. If you’re not sure what exercises to do with

this machine then it’s not a problem as you also get an instructional DVD included, so no

excuses! There is also a remote control included which makes it simple to adjust any settings.

Also included with the machine are power cords that connect to the bottom of the machine and

are great for the arms.

Actually using the machine is quite straight forward. You have a choice of 3 power settings which

are Low, Medium and High, and 3 programmes for workouts, and there are altogether 20

different levels of speed the machine covers. So if you have never used a machine like this

before you can start off from as low a speed level as you feel comfortable with and then

gradually work your way up.

It has a multi-functional LED screen which displays time, the speed, and what program you are

on,  number 1, 2 or 3.

I just wanted to say I bought this vibration plate from Amazon after doing my own

research and I am totally pleased with it and so is the wife. If I had one crticism it would be

maybe that it doesn’t look as stylish as some other models out there but that’s all I can think of. We

wouldn’t change it, thanks.

Hi

Great review thanks. Noticed that you have stated the weight of the product as 150KG which is

incorrect. The Bslimmer comes in 2 seperate boxes one box which is 32 KG which as the main

base of the machine and the other box is 18KG which contains the support arms and power cords,

giving you a total weight of 50KG. If you require any further information or pictures or any other

material for this or any other machine from the Medicarn range please do not hesiate to contact

Which is better the bslimmer above or the medicarn series 300? I cannot make my mind

up as my sister has the bslimmer vibration plate gold,not the gold plus which she says is

good enough for her but with me being a “fuller figured” female i wonder if i should choose one

with some extra power like the series 300 ?

Anybody have an opinion or advice please i,would appreciate it.

We have the medicarn series 3000 which is what I think you mean and am very pleased

with it. Ido not know how it compares with the bslimmer as we have never used it.

The Blsimmer as you know is a great portable Vibration plate and as you can see from all the

reviews is high quality and produces results. The bslimmer as a 500w Motor which in all honesty is

fine as it does exactly what it says it does. The 4 main differences with the Series 300 and The

Bslimmer are the following. 1>The series 300 is a larger machine very simlar in size to the ones

you see in salons. This is one of the main selling points with the Bslimmer becuase it doesn’t take

up much room. Obviously if you have the space then the series 300 gives you a larger platform to

workout on. 2> Becuase the series 300 is larger it as a 1250W motor giving you more power. 3>

More workout programmes 4> more speed inclines. As the saying goes horse for courses it all

depends on what you want from a machine and how much room you have for that machine. I can

honestly say for the size you will not get a better product on the market than the Bslimmer but if

your looking for a larger model then the Medicarn series 300 or the Medicarn Salon Pro Deluxe

Home is the machine for you. The Salon Pro Deluxe home is the latest model and the nearest you

will get to a commercial machine from the Medicarn range, It comes with a great workout DVD

which includes a 10 Minute count down body workout, or you can choose from the loads of great

individual workouts which concerntrate on individual area’s of the body.

The Bslimmer Dimensions are as follows.

The Standing area (foot Platform) is 58cm In diameter

From the floor to the foot plate is 27cm in depth.

From the floor up to the hieght of the support bars is 117cm.

I have had the Bslimmer gold+ for just over a week. I am impressed and will leave a

glowing review on Amazon. However as the speed of 25-27Hz (vibrations per second) is

considered the optimum – can anyone tell me what ‘speed number’ that is equivelent. Speed 20 is

46Hz so I guess it will be around 10.

This would be useful information to have and I will include it on my reviews.

I have asked a chap called Rod your question and as you might see from previous

questions he is a bit of an authority on the Bslimmer vibration plate.

This is what he said.

Thank you very much for your comment and question.

The vibration mode of Bslimmer is oscillating.

The minimum speed of Bslimmer at level1 is 800rpm, and the maximum speed of Bslimmer at

level20 is 2400rpm.

From speed from level1 to level20 is divided equally. That is, the speed at level2 is 800rpm+

(2400rpm-800rpm)/19=884rpm; the speed at level 3 is 968rpm, and so on. To Obtain the Hz

Dived by 60, so speed 11 is 1504rpm = 25.06Hz
