develop social and communication skills with teachers, Professionals and others, to

Leadership Effectiveness Training Programs

Carrier Bridge Coaching Institute has been conducting Leadership Effectiveness

Training with senior business managers, ranging from large and small manufacturing

companies, to family-run and entrepreneurial business ventures. CBCI also guides

executive screening for key positions, assessing the nuanced psychological strengths and

Ajay Lilha

Mr. Ajay Lilha is the Ex-faculty member of ICSI

and other renowned institutes in the commerce

stream.

Under his guidance his students have secured All

India Rank in CS foundations. He has a teaching

experience of professional courses like CA, CS andCMA.

He has been the winner of an All India CA Quiz

Competition, being the first in UP to make such an

achievement.

During his professional life he has gone through training in a renowned accounting

firm of the city which helps him to deliver lecture in a more practical method, the

students can easily grasp the complex accounting problems and also relate it to the real

life situations creating a better experience of learning .During his school life he has not

only been a continuous school topper but also a National Level Winner Chess

competition, being awarded by some renowned personalities like Vishwanathan Anand

and the Sports Minister of India.
