Our turnover in 2011 is about 5 Milion €. Over these past years, many innovative solutions have been worked out which have led to registration of patents by our customers (for example, the recent presentation of the Indesit Gravity concept at Eurocucina 2008).

Techna 45/60 – Diva 45/60

D&P took part in construction and industrialization of the dishwashers called DIVA 45/60, a product put onthe market under the name of Techna 45/60, both in the Built-in and Freestanding version

Dishwasher, width 45/60 cm, 9/12 loads covered, class AAA, Fuzzy logic washing system, WRD dispenser, half load control and Aqua-lock system.

From 2001 to the present, D&P has developed all the Diva models with 60cm width.Furthermore, for the new factory in Zarow (PL), it has followed the start-up of production of a similar product with 60cm width called “Diva Light 60”.From 2001 to 2005, the Techna product underwent qualitative improvement, decreasing the calls for assistance by 50% and positioning itself among the best manufacturers of dishwashers for reliability and consumption.

Techna 90 – Diva Big

D&P took part in making and industrializing the dishwashers called DIVA-BIG and HORIZONTAL -products put on the market with the name Techna 90 and Techna-Pro 90, both in the Built-in andFreestanding version.

Dishwasher, width 60 cm,height 900 mm (enlarged by 50 mm to increase the loadcapacity of the basket and toguarantee washing of 34 cm diameter plates), 12 tableplace setting load, Fuzzy logicwashing system, WRD dispenser,half load control and Aqua-lock system, with small top shower.

Built-in dishwasher, width 90 cm, height 700 mm made for special applications

in non-standard kitchens.

Project difficulties: keeping high quality washing standards and load capacity. Approval and transport tests passed.Furthermore, serious problems regarding buckling of the transparent door and operation of WRD type dispenser.

Diva 55

D&P took part in restyling the dishwashers called DIVA 55, due to some products being moved from the Schwanden factory (CH) to the Solaro factory in Italy.The dishwasher was made with 55 cm width, a niche product for kitchen and market application requirements.Product currently in the industrialization stage.

Double Fulcrum Hinge Study

D&P studied a movement system of the hinges with double fulcrum for built-in dishwashers, on special kitchen applications.The project foresaw a minimum distance (about 2 mm) between the top and lower skirting board, with the possibility of moving the latter very close to the dishwasher closing sheet steel.

D&P has the most up-to-date CAE simulation SW, such as Dynamic Designer MotionProfessional (ADAMS) and Siemens Femap with NX Nastran.Thanks to these, it is able to offer the Customer the added values of kinematics/dynamics and finished element analyses of the components designed. In particular, it is able to carry out:

• Simulations of kinematic mechanisms complete with multibody techniques• Extrapolation of the results of these simulations for subsequent F.E.M. analysis• Static linear analysis• Eigenmodes of vibration• Buckling analysis• Thermal analyses (in a state of equilibrium and transient)• Analysis of the contacts and of the welded, glued or screwed joints

The use of a separate pre/post processor like Femap allows D&P to be able to interface with the major CAD platforms on the market (CATIA, NX, SolidEdge and PRO/E) both directly and by means of iges, but above all to be able to carry out analyses in combination with the main solution finders (apart from Nastran, also Abaqus, Ansys, LS-Dyna and MSC MARC).
