BRIDGEi2i helps the executive management of global megabank derive actionable insights by
providing a dashboard visualizations that quickly summarize the HR dimensions with
comparison views and “What-if-scenarios” visualizations.
Business Challenge The client is a global megabank. It employs more than 100,000 people in over 70 countries. The objective of this study
was to illustrate HR dimensions across various scenarios, which will assist the executive management in evaluating the
current situation better and take decisions accordingly. The primary target was to assess the various HR dimensions,
and to customize the dashboard for stakeholders at different levels
BRIDGEi2i Solution BRIDGEi2i performed extensive study on the HR dimensions of the client, to understand the data metrics and the level
of detail available across headcount, talent acquisition, attrition, diversity, cost of resources, etc. Dashboard
visualization was customized for different stake holders to primarily focus on the information they would be interested
in (by verticals and location). It also provided the “actual vs. plan” view and What if Scenarios to help the executives
realize the gap and plans on how to overcome the same
