Quality Control Supervisor – Level II NDTResponsible for all aspects of the quality department from primary and secondary inspections, to managing the quality department work flow of twenty plus lines of maintenance at any given time. I have been employed with Pemco for some 16 years. My experience involves light to heavy maintenance checks as well as passenger to freighter conversions. I have spent the last 8 years as an Aircraft / NDT / NDI / Inspector often working alone to accomplish any related inspection work. From June 2011 through November 2011, I was the sole NDT Inspector at our Cincinnati (CVG) facility. Accomplishing Primary and Secondary inspections as required while this facility was being approved for its own 145 Repair Station License with NDT capabilities. During this time, I traveled as required, maintained communication Dothan Director of Quality as required, directed the flow and completion of inspections.Prior to inspection, I worked as an Aircraft Mechanic Lead for 5 years. Directed flow of aircraft maintenance, rigged cable systems, general maintenance and preventive maintenance, trouble shooting of flight controls and other aircraft systems and their required components. I have heavy maintenance experience on Boeing 727, 737-300,400, and New Generation aircraft, 757-200, 767, McDonnell Douglas DC8, DC9, DC10, MD80, Airbus A300, A319 & A320 series aircraft. Also worked CRJ series aircraft to include heavy NDT inspections of these aircraft.

While at Pemco, I’ve received training classes given by Pemco, America West, Airtran, Northwest, Delta, Southwest, SkyWest, ASA, to name but a few. I have 40 hour general familiarization on DC9, DC10, 737-300-400 to include 80 hour systems training for New Generation aircraft, Airbus A319 - A320. L382 (C130)For my first 3 years at Pemco, I worked as structural mechanic, accomplishing structural sheet metal repairs as required.
