THE SCHOOL MEAL LAW no. 11,947, of June 16, 2009, provides for changes in the school meal service. In addition to the 36 million students served at present, the School Meal Program will also cover secondary school students, which will bring the total to 43 million students altogether. At least 30% (thirty percent) shall be used in acquiring food directly from family farmers and organic growers.

Cultivating Good Water can be the first Brazilian example in the area of the environment
to become an Ibero-American program.
