Introduction
This style guide provides the tools to maintain the integrity of NetMotion Software’s
brand and identity. Since our identity is the visual and emotional means by which we
distinguish our products, services, and people, it is the essential link to our reputation
and it is imperative that it be executed correctly and consistently every time.
All marketing materials, external facing documents, and graphic elements should be
created by the Creative Team at NetMotion Software. This will help to maintain our
brand consistency. If you require external facing documents, presentations or materials,
or if you are involved in creating materials for outside use, then this guide serves as a
reference and should be strictly followed.
This style guide will be updated as needed.
Color Palette
The NetMotion Software color palette is most commonly used when producing
marketing materials and visual diagrams. Its uses include any collateral, documentation,
presentations, tables or diagrams that focus on NetMotion as a whole.
Color photography is also an acceptable accent. The corporate palette is most
commonly used when producing NetMotion materials. Its uses include any collateral,
web productions, branded giveaways, advertisements and internal documents. This
palette consists of complimentary colors designed to differentiate NetMotion Software
in the market.
No other colors are permitted for use. Please use all colors consistently. If you need
additional colors for any reason, please contact the Marketing Communications team.
Use the pantones and CMYK values for print materials, the Hex values for Web, and RGB
values for on-screen viewing and PowerPoint presentations only.

Logo
The NetMotion Software corporate logo is the most immediate and recognizable
representation of our company, our people, and our brand. It is a valuable corporate
asset that must be used consistently in all marketing collateral.
Color
The primary use for the NetMotion logo is the 1-color version — Pantone 2757 (Blue).
When placing the logo on a colored background, use the white logo. When color or
printing prohibits this, it may be used in all black or Pantone Cool Grey 11. The
registration mark should match the color of the letters in “NetMotion”.
The logo can appear on color, illustration, or photographic backgrounds, as long as the
legibility and integrity of the logo are not diminished. Never change the color of the
logo.
Registration Mark
The NetMotion logo is a registered trademark. Always use a NetMotion Logo that
contains the registered trademark symbol (®) after the last ‘N’.
Clear Space & Minimum Size
A minimum clearance between the logo and other elements must be maintained.
The x-height of the small cap “n” in the logo indicates the measurement of minimum
clearance between the logo and other elements on all sides of the Logo. The logo
should never be smaller than 1.25” wide.
Incorrect Logo Usage
The logo must be used as provided by NetMotion with no changes, including but not
limited to changes in the color, proportion, or design, or removal of any words or
letters. The logo may not be animated, morphed, or otherwise distorted in perspective
or appearance.
Do not add effects such as drop
shadows, or dimension to the logo.
Do not place the logo on background colors
that do not provide substantial contrast.
Do not compress or distort the shape
of the logo.Do not rotate the logo to any degree.
Do not skew the logo in any way. Do not add gradients to the logo.
Typography
Corporate Fonts
Segoe UI Semilight, Semibold and Bold are the corporate typefaces of NetMotion®.
This typeface should be used in all marketing communication. When the Segoe type
family cannot be used, please use Proxima Nova. This will most likely occur in web
design.

Rules and Guidelines
Email signatures for NetMotion employees should be consistent in formatting to show
strong brand guidelines and consistency in our communication. Use the following
diagram for reference in creating your corporate email signature for use over
NetMotion email servers.
Specifications
Employee name is Segoe UI Bold, all caps in black. Employee title and contact
information is Segoe UI Semilight, initial caps in pms 2757. NetMotion logo is a hosted
image and can be downloaded here to ensure it does not show up as an attachment
when you send an email. Simply, insert the logo into your signature by opening the link,
right clicking and copying to paste directly into your signature. Be sure to hyperlink to
our new corporate website netmotionsoftware.com!
Rules and Variations
Do not include images, philosophical quotes or other links in your email signature.
If you communicate frequently by fax, you may include your fax number in your email
signature.
