Removed all panels, covers and interior. Inspected the aircraft in accordance with the Cessna service manual. Lubricated all hinges and rod ends. Serviced the battery and brake fluid. Cleaned all fuel screens. Installed a new ELT battery. Checked the EtT in accordance with FAR9l.207D (battery due 08/07). Removed, cleaned and packed all wheel bearings. Installed a new air filter. Cleaned the battery terminals. Checked all lights. Installed a new vacuum and regulator filter. Checked all tires pressure. Installed a new race and bearing on the right main, outer position. Installed new brake pads on both mains. Installed a new nose tire and tube. Installed a new bearing and race on the nose wheel, right side. Removed and replaced cowling lord mount. Removed and replarrl broken fairing adapters on left and right side. Removed interior trim related to \ _( windshield. Removed old windshield from fuselage. Cleaned mating surfaces. Installed windshield with pro-seal (felt where necessary). Installed the forward retaining strip cherry max rivets. Reinstalled the interior. Removed both cabin doors. Removed and replaced both hinge pins on the pilot door. Removed and replaced both hinges on the pilot door. Replaced worn and missing flap wear buttons on both flaps . Installed tape where excessive wear was apparent. Removed and replaced in-op hour meter (old meter 4873.7). Move fire extinguisher forward closer to center console. Removed drilled holes, moved forward and put back together. Installed a new mooring ring in the tail and a new mooring ring for the right wing. Checked all AD's thru 2005-17. See revised AD compliance record. C/W AD87-20-03R2 Seat Tracks. C/W ADOI-23-03 Door Post Map Light. Reinstalled all panels, covers and interior. Vacuumed the interior. Pressure washed the aircraft. Trouble shot inop pulse light. Removed and replaced blown control unit. Trouble shot inop dimmer switches. Switch assembly was burnt a long with the transistors. Replaced both transistors and switch. Trouble shot inop beacon, removed and replaced blow control box and bulb. Removed and installed overhauled electric tum coordinators. Removed the flap motor and transmission. Installed an overhaul flap motor and transmission. Ground ran and test flew the aircraft (no defects noted).
