Brad Nimmons Director of Account Management Rentrak Corporation Office = (804) 378-5050 / Email = [email protected] Education: B.S., Florida State University M.A. in Communications, Southwestern BTS Employment: Other history: Brad Nimmons has worked in just about every communications medium including: being a cartoonist and reporter for The Florida Times-Union; creating an in- house video instructional series for Homes & Land magazine; having been a disc jockey for two different Florida radio stations; working as an Account Executive for The Nielsen Company—handling 9 television markets; having been an on-camera entertainment reporter for WFLA-TV; and having served for close to 13 years as WFLA-TV’s research director (overseeing countless research projects). Brad earned his bachelor’s degree in communications in Tallahassee and his master’s degree in Texas. He began work for WJKS-TV in his native Jacksonville and was moved quickly by Media General to WFLA-TV. Most recently he was Director of Research and had oversight for Media General’s television stations, 25 daily newspapers and over 80 web sites throughout the U.S. He’s also been involved in sales training, including creation of rapid eLearning curriculum and training scores of users one-on-one and en masse on Salesforce.com. Presently he’s in charge of account management in the Southeastern U.S. for Rentrak, a provider of audience research information for the media industry.
