Bowland Maths
Bowland Mathematics provides pupils and their teachers with interesting, exciting problems designed to develop the thinking, reasoning and problem solving skills required by the new Key Stage 3 curriculum in England.
The five modules of the Bowland Maths professional development package cover the main pedagogical challenges in handling activities in the classroom that are involved in the type of investigative, non-routine problem solving found in the Bowland Case Studies.

I used to HATE maths ...Doing this project has increased my confidence a lot and I would love to do another project!! Using Bowland! I LOVE MATHS NOW. Its the best. I really wanted to be better at maths and doing this has made me really happy about it.

The Further MathematicsSupport Programme (FMSP)
On 1 August the FMSP replaces the Further Mathematics Network
Its main objective is to encourage more schools/colleges to offer FM
A key aspect of its role is to provide CPD to enable more teachers to teach AS/A level Further Mathematics and level 3 diploma mathematics
