What do we understand by “Bottom-Up”?

Top-Down, Bottom-What?

“Top Down” and “Bottom Up” refer to models of strategic management how

we make decisions and act upon situations inside an organization.

It reflects how much control you want to

have over the implementation of strategies to meet our goals.

 1)  Bo&om-­‐Up  means  MC/LC  EB’s  should  not  give  

direc?on  or  guideline  to  their  members
