TERMS & CONDITIONSEvents: To secure your booking, full pre-payment will be requested at the time of making your reservation. This can be done with any major credit card or by cheque payable to Hilton Cobham. Dinner: Unless otherwise stated, dinner will be served at 8.00pm, and the bar is open from 7.00pm. Wine: Wine can be pre-ordered prior to the event.
Please contact our Events Team for details. Cancellations: Due to the popularity of these events, we regret that no payments are refundable or transferable and every effort should be made to ensure the correct booking numbers.
In the unlikely event that the hotel is obliged to cancel the event, all monies will be refunded or an alternative date or location will be offered (at the hotel’s discretion). Special Requests: If you have any special requests (i.e. dietary requirements) please speak to us at least seven days before the event.
