I. 2ND QUARTER OF 2019 PROGRESS

From April to June 2019, Atlanta Castleberry Park (Bolton Atlanta LP Eb5 Project) ran well according to the plan. During this quarter, the construction process are as follow：

1. Hotel Section Topped-out in AprilThe concrete pouring of the hotel was completed accordingly to the project

schedule.

II. NEXT QUARTER PROGRESS LOOK AHEAD

1. The interior framing will be completed;2. Continue rough-in plumbing, electrical and HVAC. Continue to install the fire

sprinklers;3. Continue installing EIFS on West, East and North elevations.4. Start interior finishes.
