The purpose, then~ of this letter is to inquire whether there might be any obstacles in the way of our accepting him. You should know that he has been in the Salesian Seminary in Richmond ror a couple years, and is now attending their school in BellflOl-Ter, Galif. John Crowe phoned to let me know of an allegation of sexual abuse in the late I %O's by former Holy Cross Brother Joseph Reagan while he was working at Rancho San Antonio. The call came from the victim himself who is being assisted by a support group for those abused. ]he man has call~ John several times with new questions. John shru"ed what he knew of Reagan -that he left the HC Brothers, matried. became a cop in Oxnard, and then Reagan, his wife and daughter were killed in an auto accjdent.
