THE TECHNOLOGY

1. THERMOTHERAPYThermotherapy is the therapeutic application of heat. Temperature increase accelerates all the chemical reactions of the body. This also produces arteriole and capillary dilation, resulting in hyperemia in the treated area with the following benefits: increased capillary volume, tissue oxygenisation and nutrition, reabsorption of fluids and waste substances. In addition, fat catabolism is stimulated in adipose tissue. According to Van Hoff’s law, an increase of 4ºC increases metabolism by 20% to 30% compared with normal values, resulting in a reduction in the volume of adipocytes.

2. ELECTROTHERAPYElectrotherapy is used for electrostimulation. This therapy can be used on the nervous system, microstructures or muscles, de-pending on the electric currents that are used. Bodyter uses low- and medium-range frequencies for lipolytic, soothing or muscle toning action, depending on the type of electric current used (there are up to 5 different types of current).

3. ELECTROPORATIONElectroporation consists of the use of medium frequency currents to open temporary micropores in the outer layer of the skin and in the cell membrane. This allows the passage of both ionic and non-ionic subs-tances as well as large molecules. Electrotherapy is also commonly known as “no needle mesotherapy” or “virtual mesotherapy”.

BODYTER Premium’s technology consists of the synergic application of thermotherapy, electrotherapy and electroporation combined with the appropriate cosmetic product for treating a variety of body defects.

By adding the effects of electroporation to those of thermotherapy and electrotherapy, better results are obtained in a shorter period of time. This range of technologies allows us to adapt to the different aesthetic problems presented by our customers.

Depending on whether G5 gel or ToneActif gel is used in the Electroporation process, it will be suitable for weight reduction or toning.

ToneActif GelThis toning gel contains the following active ingredients: soluble collagen, elastin and wheat extract. These ac-tive ingredients enhance the elastic properties of the skin and its reco-very capacity, having a moisturizing and firming effect on the tissue.

G5This anti-cellulite gel combines the active ingredients of carnitine, seaweed and arnica montana. It helps accelerate the process of lipid combustion and stimulates micro-circulation, thus improving the skin’s appearance.

TAILORED PROGRAMMESCombined programmes: BODYTER Premium’s seven combined programmes can adapt to all of clients’ specific needs, allowing us to intuitively apply the most appropriate treatments.

Free programmes: If carry out specific treatments for individual customers is wanted, BODYTER Premium allows to set freely customised programmes, using up to 6 types of electric current and more than 9 different modes of use.

Express programmes: BODYTER Premium includes the new Express mode, which performs the same treatments in less time (approximately half an hour).
