Student Achievement Incorporate New Assessments: - TerraNova/SUPERA will replace ITBS/Logramos in 2015-16

Review Current Assessments: - Review of certain ACPs for 2016-17- ACPs under review include:

- Elementary Fine Arts and PE ACPs (Written and Performance)- Secondary ACPs with a performance component- Subject areas with STAAR exam in March and ACP in May (Grades 5 and 8

Reading/Math, and English I and II)- Montessori ACPs

Seek Input for Recommendation:- Solicit input from stakeholders through focus groups and electronic survey

(Teachers of the specific content areas and the community)- Gather information in March and April- Any changes would take effect in 2016-17

2Tiered PD System aligned to TEI Rubric We are in the process of designing a differentiated PD platform for all Dallas ISD teachers. A robust PD catalog containing over 2000 personalized learning sessions will launch for Summer 2016.

3 Two Required PD Days The 2016-2017 district calendar includes two designated district PD days. Teachers can flex these two work days for attending 14 credits of PD sessions during the summer.
