“MAking THe oMeR counT pRojecT” the omer refers to the 49 day period between passover and shavuot, when it is customary to verbally “count” each day with a special blessing recitation. We are asking families to donate a dollar for each day, culminating at $49 per family.

this year, the collection will benefit the children of Flint, Mi who are victims of great devastation due to a tainted water system. Donations will go directly to the Flint child Health & development Fund. please make checks payable to b’nai torah Congregation (memo line: omer project), or visit www.btcboca.org/omerproject.
