BMOGS CENTENARY MEETING FRIDAY 28 TH SEPTEMBER 2012 EDGBASTON STADIUM, EDGBASTON BIRMINGHAM

Please find attached a booking form for the forthcoming BMOGS Autumn Meeting. As you will be aware this is our Centenary Meeting and we would hope that as many of our Fellows, Members and trainees attend as possible. The meeting is to be held at the Edgbaston Stadium, please see the website for more information www.edgbaston.com I very much hope that you will be able to join us.

The programme will include excellent scientific presentations, trainees' prize presentations and posters.

Following the meeting there will be a Black Tie dinner at the Edgbaston Stadium, 7.00 pm for 7.30 pm

Should you wish to attend I would be grateful if you could return the Booking Form to the address shown thereon with your attendance details, including a cheque for the appropriate fee. The charges are £55 for the day, including lunch. Dinner will be £35 per head.
