� Responsible for the on-going development of Marketing & PR strategy and related plans in the Netherlands and towards regional sales channels in all Business Lines (BL’s) and Business Units (BU’s)
� Development and follow-up of budgets � Development and execution of marketing innovations and
communications planning � Follow up on market trends and customer challenges and
securing that all marketing activities are aligned with latest marked developments.
� Contribution to and coordination of strategies with EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) central marketing teams and EMEA PR.
� Development of the NL marketing team � Management of internal marketing improvement projects. � Development of Marketing and PR partners � Establishment of working relationships with relevant
stakeholders in Marketing activities – both internally and externally
� Join forces with BL/BU leaders and sales managers on the development and delivery of Marketing activities
� Support Marketing EMEA in the continuous improvement of marketing activities
� Be internally visible in all marketing related questions and activities in the Netherlands
� Planning, project management and implementation of event, happenings, conferences, online and off-line campaigns.
� Issuing of press releases, adaptation of international press releases and development of local press releases
� Hands-on marketing – development of events and conferences, happenings and campaigns.
� Support to EMEA events, conferences and other initiatives
Skills and Experience � Strong communicator and experienced negotiator � Positive attitude and solution focused approach to
collaboration � Strong project management skills. � Strong capabilities in development of presentations
and other written material. � Experience in professional event and conference
activities � Strong execution skills, hands on abilities. � Strong customer and business understanding. � High professional standard, very strong drive,
efficiency and result orientation. � Creative, innovative and visionary � Marketing professional both off line and on line � Experience in dealing with PR and media
Individual competences
� Commercially aware. � Strong collaboration and teamwork. � Strong interpersonal skills. � Dutch language preferred, not mandatory. � Strong people manager and team player
