The prize drawings will be $100 Gift Cards donated by the SCAHCR Board.

PARKING

Free ample parking is available in the front of the conference halls. Signage will designate entrance.

PROGRAM GUIDE

If you reserved a space for advertising in the Program Guide, all artwork must be submitted to Sally Munoz in PDF format by May 10, 2008. Email to [email protected].

BOOTH DISPLAY

An 8-foot table and two chairs will be provided. Tabletop displays are encouraged. Electrical outlets will not be provided. To encourage flow to all booths, a bingo card will be passed out to attendees and a Grand Prize will be awarded to someone who has collected stamps from all vendors. In addition, we will have prize drawings in the exhibit hall every half hour to encourage attendance throughout the day. Please email [email protected] with the details.

PARTICIPANTS

All attendees must be registered. Please complete the attached form and submit by May 1, 2008 via fax 626-301-8448 or email [email protected].

Please contact Abe Porras at [email protected] if you would like assistance with locating a hotel or other accommodations.

CODE OF CONDUCT

During our association meeting and lunch we ask that exhibitors not solicit their services as this can be done during exhibit hours.

REMINDERS

May 1, 2008 Must complete and fax/email the Booth Application form for discounted rate.

May 10, 2008 Deadline for all completed registration forms to be faxed.

May 10, 2008 Artwork for Program Guide in PDF format must be completed and emailed.

May 16, 2008 Total fees must be recieved by SCAHCR Treasurer, Abe Porras.

June 10, 2008 Booth display must be set-up before 8:30 am.
