DESCRIPTION
The Black Sea Sustainable Rural Tourism Program is a new venture seeking to promote sustainable eco-tourism in the region, provide investment opportunities for businesses and the chance to sponsor travel destinations in the fastest growing segment of the travel industry. By 2022, the Black Sea region travel industry will grow to 7% of the overall GDP amounting to more than $420 billion in revenues. Our planned eco-lodge chain will not compete with communities in the program but supplement their income through linkages and increased travelers. The Black Sea Program will develop links in and between each country of the region, offer packages for experiential travel to learn about a region with a history spanning thousands of years and multiple cultures.
