The data supported my hypothesis as the height of reaction and rate of reaction were much lower for boiled enzyme compared to the raw enzyme. The rate of reaction was 0.09 C/sec for the boiled enzyme. This leads me to believe that the active site of the enzyme peroxidase was denatured by the temperature change. This prevented the reaction of hydrogen peroxide breaking down into water and oxygen. The raw liver had a rate of reaction of 0.66 C/sec, which was 0.57C/sec faster than the boiled enzyme.
