ITINERARYFebruary 10 – Travel Day / BricktownMeet your Moostash Joe Tour Director and Driver at one of our convenient pick-up points and travel south today, with our final destination being Oklahoma City. Enjoy excellent accommodations next to all the action and an evening at your leisure in the up-and-coming Bricktown neighborhood.

February 11 – Oklahoma City / Southfork RanchThis morning we enjoy a step-on guided city tour of Oklahoma City including a visit to the Oklahoma City National Memorial and Museum – an extremely well done memorial and museum honoring the victims, survivors, rescuers and all who were affected by the Oklahoma City bombing on April 19, 1995. Later today, just north of Dallas, we’ll tour legendary Southfork Ranch – known as the “World’s Most Famous Ranch.” Made famous by the television series, Dallas, we’ll be escorted around the property before enjoying a special “Bobby’s Barbeque” Brisket Dinner inside Bobby’s Boardroom! This evening we’ll check-in for our two-night stay in Dallas. (B, D)

February 12 – Sixth Floor Museum / AT&T StadiumA full day of exciting activities in Dallas await! See the city with our local, knowledgeable step-on guide and visit the Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza. The eye-opening museum is located in the former Texas School Book Depository where significant evidence of a sniper was found following the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. A private buffet lunch will be waiting for us at the Tower Club – 48 stories atop downtown Dallas with absolutely stunning views. We’ll also head over to the city of Arlington to tour the home of the NFL’s Dallas Cowboys, AT&T Stadium. Opened in 2009, this famed 80,000+ seat stadium features a retractable roof and one of the world’s largest high definition video screens. (B, L)

February 13 – Space Center Houston / Haak Vineyards & WineryContinue south today towards Houston, where we’ll spend our afternoon at Space Center Houston. Space Center Houston is a leading science and space exploration learning center featuring many comprehensive exhibits and experiences. Then, a special evening is planned at Haak Vineyards & Winery. This small town country winery is the first winery and only commercial vineyard in Galveston County. We’ll tour the vineyard before tasting some of their many premium wines made in the great state of Texas and enjoy a sit-down meal featuring fresh, local ingredients. When we’re finished, we’ll head to nearby Galveston Island for our two-night stay. (B, D)

February 14 – Galveston, TXHappy Valentine’s Day! Another day full of fun activities begins with our tour of Galveston and the surrounding area. We’ll also enjoy a documentary movie at the Pier 21 Theater and an exciting Galveston Harbor Cruise. This afternoon visit the Ocean Star Offshore Drilling Rig and Museum, featuring fascinating history and interactive displays and free time at the nearby Marketplace at Peanut Butter Warehouse. Then we head to Galveston’s famed Pleasure Pier, where we’ll dine at Joe’s Crab Shack and plenty of time at your leisure to explore the waterfront amusement area. (B, D)

February 15 – Corpus Christi, TXWe’ll continue south today towards Corpus Christi, Texas and check-in to our beachfront accommodations with plenty of time to relax this afternoon. For those that want to do something extra, choose to head to the nearby USS Lexington and tour the WWII aircraft carrier and naval museum. Tonight we’ll all enjoy an evening meal at the waterfront seafood shack, Pier 99 Restaurant. (B, D)

February 16 – King Ranch / San Antonio RiverwalkThis morning, we head to massive King Ranch, covering 825,000 acres – more land than the state of Rhode Island! Enjoy a guided historical tour where we’ll encounter both wildlife and livestock, and enjoy a Cowboy BBQ Lunch on the grounds. Later today, we arrive in San Antonio and check-in to the Drury Plaza Hotel right on the Riverwalk! Take the famed Riverwalk Boat Cruise, enjoy Drury’s great “Kickback” – where food and drinks are available and spend the rest of your evening exploring this fun area! (B, L, D)

February 17 – The Alamo / Texas Hill CountryRemember The Alamo this morning as we stop at Texas’ most visited historic landmark. Our drive to Texas Hill Country takes us to Fredericksburg – known for its German heritage and abundance of wineries. Visit the acclaimed National Museum of the Pacific War and spend some free time on Historic Main Street. Then we head through beautiful Hill Country to Grape Creek Vineyards for our Private Tour and Tasting including their award winning wines. We spend some more time winding our way through Hill Country before our evening meal featuring tasty Tex Mex and checking-in to our downtown accommodations. (B, D)

February 18 – Waco, Texas and Magnolia Market at the SilosHead out of Hill Country en route to Waco, Texas. Upon arrival, enjoy plenty of free time for shopping at Magnolia Market at the Silos – made famous by HGTV’s hit show, Fixer Upper.
