ITINERARY

Day 1 June 15 Depart USA Today we depart the USA for our Journey of a Lifetime. Appropriatemeals will be served in flight.

Day 2 June 16 Arrive Israel This afternoon we will arrive in Tel Aviv and are met by our guide andrepresentative. Transfer to Netanya on the beautiful Mediterranean Seafor a lovely welcome dinner and overnight.

Day 3 June 17 Galilee Sightseeing This morning we will visit the Byzantine city of Caesarea, where Peterpreached to the first Gentile and where the Apostle Paul was imprisonedbefore going to Rome. We continue to Mount Carmel to visit the sitewhere Elijah had the contest with the prophets of Baal. We pass throughNazareth, the hometown of Yeshua. Continue through the tiny village ofCana, where He performed his first miracle by turning the water intowine. We continue to Zippori, where no doubt Joseph and Yeshualabored. Visit some of the best archeological sites in Israel andenjoy aboat ride on the Sea of Galilee before arriving at our beautiful Kibbutz onthe Sea of Galilee.

Day 4 June 18 Galilee sightseeing. Today we will visit the site of the Beatitudes, then continue toCapernaum where we will visit the Second Century Synagogue and theexcavations of Peter’s House. We continue to Banyas and Tel Danwhere Peter made the Great Confession. Continue to Mt. Bental, then tothe Golan Heights, where you can look over into Syria. Return to ourKibbutz for a lovely dinner and overnight.

Day 5 June 19 To the Dead SeaThis morning we will travel to Mount Arbel, then to Yardenit, the JordanRiver baptismal site. We travel down the Jordan Valley to theexcavations of Beit Shean. It was here that the Philistines hung thebodies of King Saul and Jonathan on the walls of the city. We make ourway to our Dead Sea Resort for dinner and overnight.

Day 6 June 20 Masada, Ein Gedi,Qumran and Jerusalem Today we will visit Herod’s Winter Palace at Masada, and the site wherethe Zealots held out against the Roman Army before committing suiciderather than surrendering to the Romans. We make our way to Ein Gedi,

where David hid with his band of soldiers from King Saul. We continue toQumran, where the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered. We make ourway past the Good Samaratin Inn and continue to Jerusalem for dinnerand overnight.

Day 7 June 21 Jerusalem This morning we visit Emek Zurim to see the excavations of the TempleMount. We’ll explore the Western Wall tunnels, the Southern Wallexcavations, the Western Wall and the Hurva Synagogue. Return to ourhotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 8 June 22 Jerusalem This morning we will visit the City of David and visit the Temple Institute,where preparations are being made for the Temple Worship. We will alsosee the Burnt House and the Herodian Quarter. As we walk the Cardo,we will walk on the actual stones that Yeshua walked on. Return to ourhotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 9 June 23 Elah Valley, Ayalon Institute and Beersheva Today we make our way to the Elah Valley, where David confrontedGoliath. We continue to the Ayalon Institute and finally travel toBeersheva, where Abraham dug seven wells. Beersheva was the homeof Israel’s first Prime Minister, David Ben-Gurion. Return to Jerusalem fordinner and overnight.

Day 10 June 24 JerusalemThis morning we will visit Caiphas’ House, where Yeshua appearedbefore the High Priest. We continue to the Israel Museum, to view theDead Sea Scrolls and enjoy a visit to the Second Temple Model, givingus a great overview of the city of Jerusalem in Yeshua’s time. Wecontinue to Yad Vashem, where we visit the memorial to the Six Millionwho died at the hands of Hitler. We return to our hotel for our farewelldinner and overnight.

Day 11 June 25 Return to the USA Today we return to the USA, our hearts filled with many fond memories ofthis Journey of a Lifetime.
