develop this month
Call each one and tell her you have chosen her
and wait for her answer
Give her the game plan–15 Surveys = Red Jacket
Have her set up 5 surveys and call you –
explaining to her that one in 5 will sign
Set up coaching times 2-3 times per week with
you.
Paint the big picture for her – Paint the vision
Evaluate at the end of the month who has
played ball with you.
