Bestobell Valves is a world leader in the design and

EMICO BALL VALVES

BEP Bestobell has been in the field of quarter turn ball

valve technology for decades. EMICO Ball Valves is an

internationally recognised and respected manufacturer.EMICO ball valves are available in single, two and three

piece configurations with flanged, socket-weld, butt-weld

and grooved connections. Material construction includes

ductile iron, CS and SS. Quality standards are to ISO9001

level with API607 firesafe approval on certain models.

RED VALVE

Through Red Valves innovative range of products, BEP

Bestobell has the solutions to the handling of the mostarduous of slurries and corrosive media. Red Valve is a

world leader in the design and manufacture of pinch valves,

control valves and check valves through the use of

advanced elastomer technology. In particular, the Red

Valve Tideflex check valve is unique and is the answer to

slurry handling applications. The Red Valve pressure

INSTRUMENTATION DIVISION

BEP Bestobell's Instrumentation Division offers a wide

range of process control equipment for flow, level,

pressure, temperature as well as analytical measuring

equipment for a wide range of applications.

All staff are trained to offer the best service and are

backed by a customer service department. Our products

are leaders in their respective fields, worldwide, offering

our customers the latest technology and providing

solutions to specific process measurement requirements.

Ultraflux time of flight, ultrasonic flow measurement

equipment for portable, fixed and open channel

applications. The non-intrusive, clamp-on devices are

used to measure flow in pipe diameters from 10mm to

10 000mm with a high degree of accuracy - independently

certified meters have achieved accuracies better than

0.1% of actual flow. Easy installation and no maintenance

ensure the ultimate solution to flow measurement.

A wide range of mechanical flow meters for both industrial

and domestic applications. This robust range of flow

meters can be supplied for a wide variety of water quality

with sizes ranging from 15mm to 500mm diameter pipe

sizes. Pulse emitters can be fitted to these flow meters.

Effective and rugged design makes the range a cost -

saving solution for particular applications of measurement

and control. The product range includes solenoid operated

valves, flow switches, solid level switches as well as

telemetry utilising the cellular network.

The Besta designed level switches are uniquely flexible

at adapting to any fluid level switching problem. Their

wide product range includes the 3-modular float switches,

standard type and EEx flame-proofed, electric or pneumatic

switching for extreme high/low temperatures. Also included

is the CLS range of electronic level measuring probes

working on the principal of impedance measurement for

point level and continuous transmission of solid and liquid

levels. Besta products are available in a wide variety of

materials to suit most applications.

An effective solution to level switching and pump control.

ATMI covers most applications including hazardous areas,

dry or liquid level switching, high and low measurement.

A leading international building environmental management

design and supply company, Sauter also manufactures aquality range of process control equipment including

thermostats, pressure switches, pressure transmitters,

timers, humidity transmitters, and control valves for their

management systems. These components have found

wide, reliable process control applications in our markets

such as water, steam, gas etc.

NDC is a world leader in the supply of instrumentation

for the accurate measurement and control of moisture,

oil, protein, sugars, nicotine and othe components in a

variety of products ranging from sawdust to food products.

This instrumentation is for both on-line and off-line

applications. The technology of the instrument uses the

near infrared absorbtion spectrum to extract its

measurement. This technology is also used for coat weight

detection in the web industry.

Designed specifically for the waste water industry, Zllig

offers accurate and sophisticated technology for

measurement of turbidity, suspended solids, pH, and

conductivity. Its patented dissolved oxygen meter uses

open electrodes and a diamond, self cleaning, grindstone

system.

Det-Tronics offers extremely reliable equipment with a

standard three year warranty. All equipment meets or is

better than FM 3268/2000 and can be installed as Class

1 Division 1, EEx de or EEx d as well as communicatingvia HART protocol. Their range of fire detectors utilises

ultraviolet or infrared technology to detect fires within

250 milliseconds. Their gas detectors are suitable for

poisonous and flammable gases. Det-Tronics systems

and products are essential where reliability, safety and

accuracy are paramount and can be incorporated into the

building management system.

One of the worlds largest manufacturers of positive

displacement rotary lobe blowers up to 180m3/min either

as loose units, base-mounted units, base-mounted in

sound proofed enclosures with or without electric motors.

Computer generated calculations are available for sizing

of blowers to meet your specific requirements. Applications

include bulk material handling and aeration projects.

EMFLO is a non-obtrusive, robust flow meter utilising the

proven electromagnetic principle of Faradays Law to

measure flow in a variety of applications. Available for

pipe diameters 25mm to 800mm and liners to suit various

liquid types.

The BEP 900 is an ultrasonic meter for measuring flow

and level - levels up to 60m and flow calculations to

BS3680 standards. Accuracy 0.25% even for open channel

flow applications. CE compliant to EN 50081, EN 50082.

IP 65 enclosure and IP68 transducer.

Level/magnetic level guages, flow indicators, sight guages,

venturis, self-averaging pitout tubes and boiler level

indicators.

Easy to operate, compact process calibration equipment

for current, voltage, thermocouples and frequency

measurement and transmission. Calibrators are equipped

with auto-ramp and step functions complete with leads

and accessories in a compact carry case.

These units are manufactured in a wide range of sizes

and specification options but all have the same basic

function. A dial and mechanical indicator continuously

monitors the flow rate at any given time whilst electrical

switches can be specified to signal when a particular level

has been reached during increasing or decreasing flow

rates. Switches are field adjustable over the full range.

While batching, trending, totalising or recording is required,

all Flow-Mon units can be supplied with a 0-19V or 4-

20mA output.
