The successful candidate will have the opportunity develop an appreciation of strategic marketing and management in a growing organisation, specified in high quality natural cosmetics and aromatherapy treatments. Job Position Strategic Marketing Work Project Work Project Purpose To develop a marketing strategy by exploring the organisation’s current position and suggesting possible ways to exploit market opportunities and build market share. The work project will be undertaken in the UK through telephone and online interviews, and the results will be disseminated to the MBA project team to develop the organisation’s strategic plan. The university will facilitate the sharing of ideas and will provide all the necessary resources for the successful completion of this work project. • Motivated, enthusiastic and have an interest in conducing work projects• Maturity, honesty and be able to work in a fast-paced and pressurised environment• Confident communicator who enjoys presenting and pitching ideas• Strong communication skills and confident in making telephone interviews and conversations• Good standards of written communication necessary to write essential reports and e-mails, • Good IT skills and be confident user of Microsoft Office• Excellent team working skills and attention to detail
