On Sunday, April 28th Sofo’s Signature Showcase was held at

the Toledo Seagate Convention Center. Over 150

manufacturers participated in event, which was attended by

approximately 1,500 people.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all the

manufacturers who participated and everyone who attended.

This was one of the highest attended shows that Sofo Foods

has hosted in the last 30 years.

The Showcase featured a qualifier for the U.S. Pizza Team,

and special presentations by celebrity Chef Pasquale

Cozzolino (5 Stagioni Flour), Brittany Saxton (600 Downtown),

Michael Shepherd (PerfectingPizza.com) and Stefano Zanger

(Lena’s Italian Restaurant). In addition Sofo Foods recognized

customers of over 25 and 50 years for their business success

and loyalty.
