Event planners are needed for all these events. Event planners also workonthousandsofsmallerevents.Anytimepeoplegathertogetherforapurpose,someoneisneededtooverseeallthedetailstoensuretheeventhappensandthatitisasuccess.Theeventplanneristheprimarypointofcontactforcoordinatingthecountlessdetails,bothlargeandsmall,thatgointoasuccessfulgathering.

Globalization is expected to have a major impact on all areas of the industry.Thosemostaffectedbythistrendwereexpectedtobehotels,resortcompaniesandcorporationswithinternationallocationsandactivities.Anothertrendexpectedtoimpacttheindustryisthegrowthof virtual meetings and the expanding role of event planners in this newareaofthemarket.
