Fall Child Care Sessions: Child, Youth & School Services provides limited child care for FAME

programs. Child care is provided on site at Melaven Gym. When: Monday, Wednesday and Friday from

9 to 10:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.Cost: $35 per child per month

Registration for the upcoming month’s sessions opens the 20th of each month.

Hired!Apprenticeship Program

Positions with ACS, SKIES, and CYSS now available!

The HIRED! Apprenticeship Program provides youth with

meaningful, professionally managed career-exploration

opportunities in Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) operations.

• Candidates must be 15–18 years of age

• Must be registered with Child, Youth & School Services (CYS Services)

• Must have and maintain a GPA of 2.0 or better• Chosen participants are required to

work 15 hours/week for 12 weeks• Additional options and

requirements may be offered during the Summer Term

• Apprentices may complete up to 2 terms/year for 3 consecutive years

DEVELOPMENTAL SCREENINGS

FNSB school district. An evaluator will work with your child ages 3-5 to identify their individual

needs prior to entering school. A comprehensive developmental

screening will be conducted to determine what resources are needed and available for your child to have a fun and

successful school experience.
