Plans
have been

I t

present
cluster
of cottages for independent living. Our
house i s to be
located
near the west edge
of the
property,
no t
far
from the tr iplex.
I t will
be a two bedroom house with 900 sq.
f t . o f f l o o r
space.
Our reasons for
t h i s
move
are:
1) We
have too big a house and yard
to
take care
of.
2)
I t i s
hard
to make mission tr ips

our

4) Life estate tenants have priority over
others
in moving into
the
Board

when they need

Atascadero
i s a beaut i ful place.
I t
i s l i k el y t ha t t w i l l be severa l
months before the house
is
ready, so we
w i l l remain
where
we a r e u n t i l t h a t t ime.
