Conclusions278 BI equipment currently installed in PSB complex

(187 without BLMs)

Practically all installed instruments in the PSB are critical for operation. Many instrument modifications (equipment +

electronics + software) during LS1. New instruments for LS2.

Instruments in layout DB except for BTY line and certain BLMs; will follow

Optics have been updated Positions are currently being corrected in layout DB

GEODE will be updated with new names

Beam offBRr.BCTDC9L1: beam intensity in the rings; also used

for ISOLDE+EAST beams intensity interlock

BRr.BCW8L1: essential for bunch synchronisation

BRr.BPTF4L5: no high intensity beams in case of failure

BPMs in extraction lines: failure of 1 can be worked around short-term, but need to compensate with others (recombination and bunch spacing)

BCTs in extraction lines: failure of 1 can be worked around short-term, but need to compensate with others

BLMs in extraction lines: could probably live a few days with one broken (would need to be removed from interlock!)
