RUM SELECTION Rum lovers around the world owe a great debt to a simple plant: Sugar Cane. Rum is made from

pure Sugarcane, in a process that is partly science and mostly art. Most of the rare distilleries still

in activity cultivate its own sugarcane. They are carefully selected and grown exclusively for the

production of the rums: here lies the first secret of its quality. The color of the spirit is primarily

determined by the amount of time it has spent aging in oak barrels. The longer it´s been aged, the

more color and flavor it picks up from the wood. As long as the angles are watching our rums, we
