Vodafone Experience Store , 2010 - BCDH were commissioned to prepare a concept design for an exciting new experience store for this major telecommunications brand Proposed Showroom / Café, Long Mile Road , 2010 - Proposal to convert an existing warehousing unit into an attractive commercial showroom with an associated café on the Long Mile Road Energy analysis projects , 2010 - Using the latest software for thermal analysis and solar gain, BCDH are involved in the improvement of the efficiency of both existing housing and maximising the benefits in new designs. Gymnasium, Waterford , 2010 - Substantial new 1,300sqm gymnasium, the adaptive reuse of an existing retail warehouse over 2 levels on the outskirts of Waterford town. Laurence Town Centre, Drogheda , 2010 - The proposed phase 2 development of this shopping and cultural centre will integrate a substantial new development with the existing shopping centre to provide an additional 2000sqm of retail in addition to a 10 screen cinema carefully integrated within the urban block. The design of the proposed development integrates new retail space into the historic town fabric, restoring life to a fragmented and underutilized brown field site and will assist in encouraging shoppers back to the town centre rather than the prolifery of out of town retailing. Mixed use development, Ballymakenny Business Park, County Louth , 2009 - Options for the redevelopment of the existing substantial retail and warehousing units on a site outside Drogheda to provide start up business units, offices and retail. Drury Street Car Park, Dublin 2 , 2009 - Competition entry prepared, on behalf of Dublin City Council, in conjunction with a team led by Moston Construction Ltd for the redevelopment of the existing multistorey car park as a development providing retail, office space and roof top restaurants. Donnybrook Mall redevelopment, Dublin 4 , 2008 - BCDH have been requested by Mountbrook Homes Ltd to prepare a series of studies for the redevelopment of a prominent site in Donnybrook. Feasibility Study for a site at the Malahide Road/ N32 Junction, Dublin , 2008 - The preparation of a study to assist Dublin City Council in developing a strategy for the redevelopment of a 2 hectare site. The process expanded to include the development of a strategy for the development brief for a phased public-private redevelopment of the site. The design of this 130 metre tall tower at the junction of the Rivers Liffey and Dodder set unprecedented challenges in terms of an architectural response to the technical difficulties arising from its dynamic shape.
