CLB: REGIONAL CONTEXT
▪ Basilicata Region 2014-2020 Research and Innovation Smart Specializaton Strategy (RIS3) identifies 5 Clusters for regional development
▪ The Bioeconomy cluster is a PPP triple helix organization that aggregates stakeholders involved in R&D, agrofood, green chemistry, agroenergy.
▪ The Bioconomy Cluster is a privileged interface for the regional progamming and investment activity

▪ Enterprise driven (majority in governingbodies)
▪ ALSIA is supporting the start-up phase
