COMPONENTS OF THE TRAINING - A thorough musculoskeletal evaluation and movement screen to identify injury risk factors - Speed, Power, Agility, Reaction & Quickness testing for athleticism - Complex training combining resistance, plyometric, speed & agility exercise - Periodization Model to reduce risk of injury - Instruction & education on proper pre-season, in-season, & post-season workouts COST: Initial assessment and introductory session - $125 / hour Inividual sessions - $75 / hour Rookie Package: $375 (One initial assessment and 12 sessions) This package is geared for the beginner to teach proper exercise technique, develop the concept of a training session, and focus on developing a base of muscular strength and hypertrophy. Plyometric exercise and speed training are also introduced. Champions Package: $500 (One initial assessment and 16 sessions) This package is designed for the serious athlete who has experience with resistive training. This training will include more advanced forms of training including power lifting, plyometrics, and speed/agility training.
