HUGE Thank you to Band Camp Director, Dawn Vernon, & her amazing team: assistant Danya Stump, food coordinator Karen Surace, camp nurse, chaperones, pit/prop dads, sew-ers, drivers, photographers, & all-around helpers! Also, a BIG thank you to Mr. Rogers & his staff for challenging the kids & helping them to achieve their goals at camp. A special woo-hoo shout-out to the band moms & band dads who seriously ROCKED the HOUSE as Thriller zombies & rocker DADZZ & a big THUMBS UP to all the kids who were brave enough to perform in the talent show…great job! Camp, 2014: We marched, we played, we ate, we swam, we relaxed, we sang, we slept (not much), we lost things, we found things, we made new friends, we reconnected with old friends, we laughed, we sneezed, we scratched itches, we itched sunburns, we performed, we applauded, we shook the floorboards…WE. HAD. FUN!!
