It is very hard avoid fungi but the best thing to do is change your diet to eliminate sugars, corn including corn syrup e.t.c , in processed food. Peanuts are sometimes contaminated with fungi and when taken directly to the body it will use the bacteria to reproduce rapidly. Fungus need sugar and carbohydrates to live, so to avoid it, you would need to avoid the amount of sugar and carbohydrates you eat. Fungi need’s something to rely on so that it can reproduce. So if you want to avoid become more hygienic so that not many bacteria will enter and the fungi will not get bacteria's to rely on.

sneezing. When you sneeze some of your saliva comes out and when that happens, it carries billions of billions of microscopic Fungus. Since fungus is very light, it can float around the air, and as we know we breathe in air and breathe out. And when that happens we breathe the fungus in which will cause diseases. So the best way to avoid is to close your nose and your mouth when a person is sneezing and also the person who is sneezing, should also close his or her mouth so that they cannot infect others.
