1. Re-confirm cadets know the academic resources available to them

2. Bring back the positive incentives for good grades.3. Create a list of cadets and their majors and make it

1. Have to stay on top of Sgts and DIs (not micromanage)

2. Stricter discipline at parade practice (1SG, Drillmaster and XO)

3. Make sure Sgts understand fully what their job is4. Sgts need to make sure that their squad knows

1. Urge participation in intermurals, get command team and seniors there and others will rally behind

2. Band around cadets that are known to fail the pt test and push them to prepare and then pass

3. Come up with pt plan for morning pt and allow others to lead pt to further improve company participation and morale.

4. Xpt and Xmd cadets need to go where they are suppose to.

Company Commander/TAC Comments

• The key to Bravo’s success is utilizing the chain of command but this will not work unless your command team and rank holders are on board with your goals and expectations. All rank holders need to posses a deep understanding of what the term accountability means in a greater sense than just making sure everyone is at formations.

• The key is the seniors both rank holders and privates • Trust but verify • You have to put your foot down before you can lift it up • Good relationship with your 1SG
