• Ulcerative lesion of oral mucosa. • Atypical T-cell infiltrate of medium-sized to large

blast cells, admixed with small lymphocytes, histiocytes and eosinophils.

• Phenotype: CD30+/-, CD2+, CD3+, CD4+, CD5-, CD8-, CD56-, TIA-1+, GrB-.

• EBER: negative • Clonal TCR gene rearrangement. • Staging negative.
