Renowned for consistently delivering increased revenues and profits and for developing high performance teams, Mahmoud Zuaiter built his professional career in Germany where he spent 14 years with Intercontinental Hotel Group as the Director of Finance for the Middle East and Africa.
Zuaiter joined Orascom Hotels and Development in the capacity of Group CFO and Vice President. After the globalization of the company, he succeeded in listing Orascom Development Holding AG in the Swiss Exchange Stock Market and IPO. In 2012, he became the CEO of the Hotels Division in the Swiss Holding. Zuaiter’s history attests to his steadfastness and commitment, and under his direction, Azur aims to become one of the best independent hotel management companies in the region.

Long years of hospitality experience have given Amr Chawky a profound understanding of all the operational aspects of the hotel industry. He has held positions in some of the most prominent hotel chains in the world, including Holiday Inn, Sheraton, and Hilton.
As a Vice President of Azur Hotel Management, Chawky handles property acquisition, ensures management contract retention, strengthens relationships with owners, and oversees operational activities.

Karim Garranah is the founder and President of Garranah Touristic Group, one of the leading tourism companies in Egypt. In 1979, Garranah established Tarot Tours Garranah (TTG), a Tour Operator that was the foundation of the Group that currently owns and operates several companies, hotels and Nile cruises.
With more than 30 years of experience, Garranah is also a Board Member of Orascom Hotels and Development, a global town developer specializing in master planning, building and operating integrated, self-sufficient leisure and residential towns around the world.
Azur Hotel Management’s Board of Directors consists of seven distinguished members, each with more than 25 years of experience in the fields of tourism, hospitality, finance and business.

Alaa Garranah moved to the United Kingdom in 1986 to join the renowned Merril Lynch as a Financial Consultant. In 1990, Garranah returned to Egypt to help build his family business, where he held a variety of positions before settling as the Vice President of Mirotel Nile Cruises.

Sherif Hwaidak benefits from extensive experience in hotel management, specifically in staff training. During his years of professional practice, Hwaidak was in charge of management training in many hotel chains around Europe. Hwaidak joined Iberotel Egypt as Project Manager and later was appointed as the Vice Chairman at Giftun Co. for Touristic Projects.

Amir Garranah is also the owner of a famous restaurant chain with several branches in major cities across Egypt.
