OUR HISTORY

ABOUT US The business life of AYDIN TRAFO started by manufacturing the

welding machines in 1960. The production of air piston compressors started in 1977. Air screw compressors was added into the product range in 1998 and high pressure water cleaners in 2004.

At present, our production is made in our plant located in IZMIR KEMALPAŞA ORGANISED INDUSTRIAL ZONE on over 10.000 sqm open and 6.00 sqm closed area. Our manufacturing plant is equipt with state of art production technology and machinery park. Our production capacity is 24.000 machines per year.

Having been continuing its investments and adopting a management concept favouring steady growth since the day it was founded. AYDıN TRAFO completed its branding process and became a reliable brand in the market.

OUR PRODUCTS • AIR SCREW COMPRESSORS: From 3 kw ( 0,42 m3/min) to 250 kw (44,50 m3/min)

- Belt Driven from 3 kw ( 0,42 m3/min) to 90 kw (15,80 m3/min)

- Direct Driven from 30kw ( 5,47 m3/min) to 250kw (44,5 m3/min)

• AIR DRYERS & LINE FILTERS:

From 0,16 m3/min to 100 m3/min

• AIR PISTON COMPRESSORS:

From 50 ltr , 1 HP to 1000 ltr , 15 HP

- Single and Two Stages

From 110 ltr/min to 1730 ltr/min

• HIGH PRESSURE WASHERS:

From 150 bar , 11 ltr to 1200 bar , 34 ltr

including engineers, technicians and management staff.

• AYDIN TRAFO manufactured in 2013:

- 750 Screw Compressors.

- 6.000 Air Piston Compressors.

- 2.500 High Pressure Washers.

• AYDIN TRAFO WORKSHOPS:

- Machining Shop: CNC Machining Centers, CNC Lathes

- Welding Shop: Cutting/Rolling/Pressing/Automatic Submerged Arc Welding

- Painting : Sand blasting & electrostatic powder coating

- Assembly Line :

- Test : hydrostatic test, electrical tests, flow test etc.

• Aydın Trafo was certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000

quality management system by TÜV RHEINLAND

GERMANY in 2000 and CE attestation in 2004 by one

of the leading notified body Bureau Veritas FRANCE.

Furthermore, our products complies with GOST-R

standarts for RUSSIA and certified in 2001

in domestic market and export our products to over 25
