TRANSCRIPT
OVERVIEW
Provide an overview –
Set the stage so the reader understands the context.
Be brief and concise
Don’t assume the reader understands your organization
RESEARCH
This is a critical component
Show primary and secondary research (know the difference)
Be specific about what research was conducted
Include examples in files submitted (name samples accurately)
It’s ok to state the results are proprietary
You don’t need to include all of your research- just a sampling
EXECUTION
Explain all components of the program/tactic
Include time-frame with each aspect
This is NOT where you state the results
Be specific
Be frank
THIS IS OBVIOUS
Ask several people to proofread your work.
Do not write and submit your entry in one day
If you can’t provide info for all evaluation criteria, don’t submit
Flashy graphics are not what wins an award
2015 SCPRSA MERCURY AWARDS Award submittals will be uploaded to drop box
