Include a lot of alkaline foods such as raw vegetables, avocados, sea salts, raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar, and lemon in your meals. Good fats/Proteins: Chia seed, almonds, avocados, brazil nuts, coconut, hemp seed, flax seed, macadamia nuts, olives, cultured dairy, walnuts, and sunflower seeds. Animal Sources: organic free-range eggs, wild-caught fish, organic pastured chicken & turkey, green-fed beef, bison, and lamb. Fish must be wild-caught. If it is farm-raised it is TOXIC. Choose wild salmon never Atlantic salmon. Fruits & Veggies: Anything dark green including asparagus, broccoli, spinach, dandelion greens, collard greens, cabbage, cucumbers, turnip greens, kale, snap peas, celery, Swiss chard, cilantro, parsley, dill, bell peppers (green, red, yellow, orange), red cabbage, red/white onions, tomatoes, and carrots. Lightly steam, stir-fry, or eat them raw. Replace white potatoes with sweet potatoes Only grains allowed are whole ancient grains like quinoa and millet. Avoid all grains if weight loss is a goal. Wheat, barley, oat, and rye all contain gluten! Fruits: strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries,

and grapefruit. Drink herbal teas with Terrain Liquid Herbal supplement shots. Immune boosters: garlic, ginger, oregano, Echinacea, turmeric, curry, basil, and thyme.
