AVL Korea was founded in 1991 to supply vehicle test equipment and powertrain engineering in the Korean market.
Today it is ranked #1 in the market for engine dynamometers and engine performance test equipment in Korea.
AVL Korea Calibration Center was established in 2007
Activities: Diesel and gasoline EMS calibration, engine/vehicle benchmarking tests, engine certification tests, vehicle emission cycle test, after-treatment development test
Major customers: Hyundai/Kia Motor, GM Korea, Ssangyong Motors, Renault Samsung Motor, Bosch Korea, Delphi Korea, Heesung-Catalyst, Siemens Korea, Doosan, etc.
